Breaking: John Ford's Waltz Trial Now Out of Campaign Season
In a move that is sure to help Harold Ford, Jr., a federal judge has pushed back the trial of John Ford, Junior's uncle, for his alledged public corruption charges. Ford is charged in taking bribes from undercover FBI agents in the operation dubbed Tennessee Waltz. The trial was originally scheduled for October 2, in the midst of campaign season, but has been reset for February 5, 2007. Michael Silence has the beginnings of an AP story.
LOL. I have to hand it to the Democrats. When they see a trainwreck coming they do everything they can to prevent it unlike the GOP(Bryant vs Hilleary). Little Junior probably is on cloud nine right now after hereing this news.
