Breaking: Grand Jury Indicts State Sen. Jerry Cooper

A federal grand jury has indicted Tennessee State Sen. Jerry Cooper on charges of bank fraud, mail fraud and conspiracy. A 2005 federal indictment had already called the Morrison Democrat an unindicted co-conspirator in a lending scheme involving the 1999 sale of a lumber mill in Warren County.
