McMillan Considering Run for Gov
Former House Majority Leader Kim McMillan (D-Clarksville) confirmed today in Chattanooga that she is looking into running for Governor in 2010. McMillan: "I think it’s something that I would be doing a disservice to those people who really believe that I have the opportunity to do that to not think about it ... I’m thinking about it, but right now my focus is on our governor and moving his agenda forward.” McMillan is currently a senior advisor to Gov. Phil Bredesen.
