Election Night for November 15, 2007

District 10 Results

In State Senate District 10, it was over early. Democrat Andy Berke easily carried the heavily Democratic district, that Republicans had hoped was in play because of outgoing State Sen. Ward Crutchfield's indictment in Operation TN Waltz. In the end, Democrat Andy Berke collected nearly double the votes of Republican challenger Oscar Brock. With 98% of precincts reporting in Hamilton Co., Berke tops Brock 63% to 38%. In Marion Co., Brock faired better, but still good enough to win there either - Berke on top 61% to 40% there.
