TN Fights Back on Border War
TN Fights Back on Border War -- Joe Sanders, general counsel with the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation says he is not familar with any legal theory that would give Georgia a right to change its boundary, since it has been established for over 200 years. Meanwhile, the General Assembly may be fashioning a resolution opposing the one passed by the Georgia Assembly earlier this week. More here.
